If you feel it's time to format your PC and you don't want pay for it then here we have solution for you try these simple steps, processing will defiantly improve, although it won't go above actual processing speed but still, it will boost up, just.
Follow simple steps so (any one can do these things) work on window vista, window xp and window 7
1) Click on start
2) Write run on search
3) Now write %temp% click ok orb press enter
4) Temp folder window will appear
5) Ctrl + A. delete all selected files
6) If some files decline to delete then ignore those file (currently file are in use)
7) Then close that window

1) In Windows 7, right-click on an empty area of your desktop
2) The pop-up menu selects Personalize. Scroll down
3) Select Windows 7 Basic

Another trick for speeding up your computer loading time is to give your computer a static IP address that never changes.
When you start up your computer, it spends a decent amount of time asking the network for an IP address. Not only does having a static IP address make the network easier to manage (particularly if you have several devices using the same network), but it also cuts time off your startup.
1) “Network and Sharing Center”,
2) “Change adapter settings”.
3) Right click on your local adapter
4) Select “Properties”.
5) You then need to highlight what should be titled “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4),
6) Click the properties button.
In “Use the following IP address” enter in the correct IP, Subnet mask, and Default gateway which correspond with your network setup.
Make sure to check “Validate settings upon exit” so Windows can find any problems with the addresses you entered.
To find out what your IP, subnet mask and default gateway are, go to “Start” and then “Run”, and type in “cmd”. At the command prompt, type “IPCONFIG/All” and it should come up, as shown below.
